The course is the same as in past years - 1 mile swim, 22.3 mile bike, 10K run.

The Reston Sprint Triathlon will be held on June 1, 2008. That race is full.

THE COURSE

SWIM 1 Mile: in Reston's Lake Audubon (only permitted during the race). See this NOTE about the lake.

BIKE 22.3 Miles: three laps on moderately hilly roadways in Reston. The first two laps are identical. The third lap changes course and finishes at the high school.

Run 10Km (6.2 Miles): on shaded Reston pathways, starting and ending at the high school stadium.
