Two comeback triathletes, Joe Stowers and Tom Conrad, recovered from their medical setbacks and were back this year -- Joe with a new knee and Tom with a titanium rod to hold together a hip broken last year.
The United States Triathlon Association referee monitoring gave an A-plus to the Triathlon.
The Triathlon had to work around the massive construction project at South Lakes High School.
